Clearances for Volunteers
In accordance with the Child Protective Services Law, if you or other family members wish to volunteer with the children in our preschool, you must obtain clearances. Clearances are required to be renewed every 60 months. Please follow the instructions and links below to obtain or renew your clearances.
If you have been a PA resident continuously for the past 10 years, you will need the following 2 clearances and disclosure statement:
1. PA State Police Criminal Record Check: https://epatch.pa.gov/home
2. Child Abuse History Clearance: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home

If you have NOT been a PA resident continuously for the past 10 years, you will need the following 3 clearances:
1. PA State Police Criminal Record Check: https://epatch.state.pa.us/
2. Child Abuse History Clearance: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
3. FBI Criminal History Background Check: https://uenroll.identogo.com/ (Please use the following service code when registering "1KG6ZJ " as this code applies to volunteer status)
